If it is a part problem, we will mail (express shipping) new parts for replacement free of charge (we provide 5-6 additional spare parts in the packaging of all products). If there is poor product contact due to improper installation, our technical experts will also resolve your problem within 12 hours (we strongly recommend choosing professional lighting personnel for installation).
