Product Warranty: All our products come with a 3-year warranty (excluding bulbs). Rest assured, if any product issues arise during the warranty period, please contact us at support@sunkinghome.com as soon as possible. Send us the product issues you encounter in the form of pictures or videos. Our customer service representative will reply within 12 hours and discuss the specific issues with you. If it is a part problem, we will mail (express shipping) new parts for replacement free of charge (we provide 5-6 additional spare parts in the packaging of all products). If there is poor product contact due to improper installation, our technical experts will also resolve your problem within 12 hours (we strongly recommend choosing professional lighting personnel for installation).
